Returns

A. Our Return Policy is as follows : We accept returns for broken and damaged merchandise as long as they are in the original brand new condition. Damaged product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. In order to return/exchange any merchandise you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ) number by e-mailing sales@sarahwholesale.com. Return of such items should be done no later than 10 days from the purchase date. Please include your order ID number, when returning the item. Please use USPS first class mail when sending any item back. We do not refund or adjust for UPS or FEDEX shipping services. If you are solely exchanging/returning merchandise not broken or damaged, shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a stocking fee of 15% and minimal shipping charge apply to ship items back to you. We will not accept items sent back loose because they get damage and scratched. Broken Glasses / Damaged Items: Watches returned with broken glasses are useless and dead inventory for us, we cannot repair such items nor return to our manufacturer for replacement and we do not take it back either. Please check and verify upon arrival and notify us if there is any watch/glass broken, please call or email us for RMA number to send these damaged items back in original condition.
