Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you have minimum purchase?

A. No, We do not require minimum shopping. We wholesale to Public. Anybody can buy from our website.

2. Do you have a return policy?

A. Our Return Policy is as follows :  We accept returns  for broken and damaged merchandise as long as they are in the original brand new condition. Damaged product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.  In order to return/exchange any merchandise you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ) number by e-mailing  sales@sarahwholesale.com.  Return of such items should be done no later than 10 days from the purchase date.  Please include your order ID number,  when returning the item.  Please use USPS first class mail when sending any item back. We do not refund or adjust for UPS or FEDEX shipping services. If you are solely exchanging/returning  merchandise not broken or damaged, shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a stocking fee of 15% and minimal shipping charge apply to ship items back to you.  We will not accept items sent back loose because they get damage and scratched.

Broken Glasses / Damaged Items: Watches returned with broken glasses are useless and dead inventory for us, we cannot repair such items nor return to our manufacturer for replacement and we do not take it back either. Please check and verify upon arrival and notify us if there is any watch/glass broken, please call or email us for RMA number to send these damaged items back in original condition.

3. What happens if I ordered an Item and it is  currently not available?

A. If an item you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone to let you know.  We give you the option of choosing another item in its place.  Once we have contacted you, we will wait 48 hours to hear back from you.  If we have not heard back from you, we will either replace the item with a similar item or credit your account for that item.

4. Do all of your watch faces come with working batteries?

Yes, all of our watches and watch faces come with working batteries

5. What is quantity Discount?

A. Quantity discount is based on purchase of one item per style per color. It does not apply to mix and match. If you are planning to buy in bulk then call 972-492-0009 and we will work with you.

6. What are the Shipping methods do you have?

A. We ship via United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.  Express and Overnight are available upon request for an extra charge.  In order to get express shipping you MUST call us after placing your order. With all our shipments within the United States,  we provide and email tracking number after item has shipped.

7. How do you charge for shipping and handling?

A. Shipping and handling is charged to during the checkout process..

8. Is there any fixed shipping or depending on weight/size/price etc.

A. We use flat rate shipping. Please see chart below for shipping to Continental US. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the value purchased at the checkout.

9. Do I get standard free shipping  if I buy more than $200 worth of merchandise.

A. Yes. This offer is valid for Continental US and Online purchase only.

10. Are my online credit card site orders secure?

A. Absolutely, we are 100% secure SSL website. When we take your information please make sure you see a LOCK on the right bottom side for SSL encryption.

11. Do you sell Internationally?

. Yes but to selected countries.

12. You are a wholesale site.  Do I need a resale certificate to buy merchandise?

A. Only TX residents pay 8.25% sales tax. If you are reselling in TX. Please fax your resale permit at 214-256-5901 and we will credit back the sales tax amount back to you. All other states do not require any permit or charged sales tax. Please call us for details @ 972-492-0009 for details.
