1. Do you have a return policy?
A. We gladly accepts returns for broken and damaged
merchandise as long as they are in the original brand new
condition. Damaged product claims must be made with 48 hours
of receipt. Email

no later than

days from the purchase date. Please include your order ID
number, when returning the
item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer must get RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before
returning any merchandise.
2. What are the Shipping methods do you have?
A. We ship via United States Postal Services (USPS) First
Class Mail. Express and Overnight is available upon
request for an extra charge.
3. How do you charge for shipping and handling?
A. Shipping and handling is charged to customer in the last,
when customer is ready to be checked Out.
4. Is there any fixed shipping or depending on
weight/size/price etc.
A. We use price based shipping. Sarah wholesale charges $ 6
for order up to $50. We charge $8 for purchase less $100, $11 for less than
$150 and $14 less than $200 purchase. We offer free shipping for orders
more than $200. We ship through USPS to all Continental US.
Currently, we only ship to Continental US. If you are outside
continental US, please call us on 1-877-385-9425 and setup arrangements.
5. Do I get standard free shipping if I buy more
than $200 worth of merchandise.
A. Yes, We understand that shipping cost can add to the cost,
that is why we try to maximize your profit by giving you a FREE
SHIPPING over the order $200 and more. This offer is valid for
Continental US and Online purchase only.
6. Are my online credit card site orders secure?
A. Absolutely, we are 100% secure SSL website. When we take
your information please make sure you see a LOCK on the right
bottom side for SSL encryption.
7. Do you sell Internationally?
. Yes but to selected countries..
8. You are a wholesale site. Do I need a resale
certificate to buy merchandise?
A. TX residents pay 8.25% sales tax. If you are reselling in
TX. Please fax your resale permit at 214-256-5901 and we will
credit back the sales tax amount back to you. Please call us for

9. Your website does not let me check out even though i
have merchandise in my basket. Why?
A. Because we sell at a very competitive prices, we need a
minimum purchase amount of $25 to survive in the business.
